LUJO bicycles provide limited warranty on all our products purchased from Our Website or Amazon, Flipkart etc, starting from the date of billing. This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the Product and is not transferable. This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accidents, or other improper use. It is mandatory to register your bicycle by filling the warranty registration form within 24 hours of delivery, unless the warranty is void.

The length of the useful life cycle will vary depending on the riding conditions. Downhill racing, trick riding, trial riding, and competition, jumping, riding in severe conditions, riding with heavy loads or any other non-standard use can substantially shorten the useful product life cycle. Any one or a combination of these conditions may result in an unpredictable failure that is not covered by this warranty. All frames should be periodically checked for indications of potential problems, inappropriate use or abuse. Please note that all our folding bicycles are made for use on Pavement roads only and they are not recommended for off-road use. Any complications arising due to such usage will not be covered under warranty.

Warranty applied is as follows:

• -- 1 year warranty on Hinges

• -- 30 days warranty on all other parts like brakes, levers.

• -- 2 years warranty on Frame.

 

Please note: Fork is not a part of the frame. No warranty for consumables like tyres, tubes, brake pads. No warranty on frame colour. Under no special circumstances shall LUJO Cycles be liable for any special incidental, indirect or punitive damages for any consequential damages, even if LUJO Cycles knows or is informed that such damages are possible. The sole remedy under the above warranty, or any implied warranty, is limited to the replacement of defective components and parts at the sole discretion of LUJO. Minor issues like Nut loosening, brake tightening, clamp loosening, gear setting, pedal loosening etc. will not be entertained in any case as they can be solved locally and can be avoided by regular inspection and maintenance.
