Bicycle Returns

LUJO cycles will accept returns if you don't like our product within a period of 10 days. We advise you to keep the original delivery box and packaging. The bicycle will be picked up by LUJO from your place. The bicycle should be in a saleable and unused condition and without any damages. When the product is returned and a refund is requested, the amount will be refunded within 2-3 working days. Please note that a cancellation charge of Rs. 1000 will be applicable.

                                                                                             Damaged Product
If the product is found to be defective on the same day of arrival, or if any component is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will provide a replacement of the said component at no extra cost.
